Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the EZ@Work platform operated by EZ@Work ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

EZ@Work is a web-based business management platform designed for freelancers and small businesses. The Service provides tools for client management, project tracking, invoicing, time tracking, financial reporting, and related business operations. The Service is accessible at app.ezatwork.com.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

EZ@Work offers the following plans:

• Starter (Free): Limited features including up to 3 clients, 10 invoices per month, project management, time tracking, and basic financial reports.
• Professional ($19/month): Unlimited clients, invoices, and access to all features including priority support, custom branding, and advanced analytics. First-year promotional rate of $15/month may apply.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect current billing periods.

4. Your Data and Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of Your Content.
• Ensuring you have the right to input client and financial data into the Service.
• Maintaining your own backups of critical data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible).
• Emergency maintenance or security updates.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Data Export and Portability

You may export your data from the Service at any time using our built-in export features (CSV, Excel, PDF formats). Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by EZ@Work and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of financial calculations, tax compliance, or business decisions made based on data in the Service. You are responsible for verifying all financial information.

10. Disclaimer

EZ@Work is a business management tool, not a licensed accounting, tax, or legal service. The financial reports and calculations provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals for accounting, tax, and legal advice.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ezat.work. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days.
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.
